Seiken is the first two knuckles on your fist (index and middle finger). To correctly make a fist you should fold your fingers, starting from your pinky, towards your palm. Once you have all fingers folded in you place your thumb across the underneath of your fingers (usually across your index and middle fingers).
It is very important that you know how to make a fist correctly as you can injure yourself if you do not do this correctly. Just as important is that you use the Seiken when striking with a fist as you can cause damage to your knuckles and wrist if you do not strike correctly with a properly formed fist.
